THE RING IN THE TUB
We live on a dead end street and at the end is this huge dirt or should I say mud lot. Every night after a long day of the kids playing outside I have to give her a bath and put her to bed. I then go about my buisness and happen to look in the tub to find the god awfullest ring in it. Now mind you my day is done and I'm ready to sit down and relax before its time for me to go to bed. Now I have to get up off my comfy couch and go scrub this nasty tub. If I had it my way the man that owns the lot would be here cleaning it and washing my laundry but I know thats only in a perfect world. One day I'm going to call the city because not only do I have to clean the mess from the outside inside my home its also a huge health risk. Really who knows what is in that stuff. People have changed car oil in it and dump all kinds of trash out there. It isn't like I let my child play in the lot but when it rains the dirt flows downhill and seems to stop in front of my house so my daughter can get all dirty. Is there no justice for this kind of stuff.5/31/2005 12:37:00 AM
